摘要
在高能超声作用下制备了颗粒均匀、弥散分布、组织结合紧密、性能良好的SiCp/ZA27复合材料,SiC颗粒粒径最小可达0 5μm。增加颗粒含量对复合材料性能影响较为显著,而颗粒尺寸变化对复合材料性能影响不大。复合材料的强化机制是位错强化与其他强化机制共同作用的结果。
SiCp/ZA27 composites were successfully prepared using highintensity ultrasonic, which had compact structure, homogeneous particles distribution and better mechanical properties than ZA27 alloy.The smallest diameter of the SiC particle dispersed was 05μm.It was found that the mechanical properties of the composites mainly depended on the volume fraction of SiC particles;The diameter of the particles only had a minor influence on the mechanical properties.The strengthening mechanism of the composites was due to the dislocation strengthening and other strengthening mechanisms.
