摘要
探讨了硝酸硫胺重结晶过程中晶体生长速率 ,确立了硝酸硫胺晶体生长速率模型 ,认为硝酸硫胺的生长速率是受扩散和反应两方面控制 ,生长速率是粒度相关的 。
Growth rate of thiamine nitrate crystal during recrystallization process is studied. A model that can describe the growth rate of thiamine nitrate is obtained. It is proved that the growth of thiamine nitrate is size- dependent, and is controlled by reaction process and diffusion process. The obtained model is of importance to guide practice.
