摘要
近二十年来美国教师资格证书制度改革的主要内容之一是提高颁发教师各证书的标准。本文认为这一改革举措在一定程度上确能把好持证教师的学术水平关 ,但也带来了许多负面影响 。
This article briefly introduces the main item of the reform of American teacher certification system in the recent 20 years--raising the standards for teacher certification; And it reckons that this act did keep the academic competency of teachers with the certificate, but it also brought about some negative effects, which should be taken in to consideration by teacher education policy-making department.
