摘要
森林为社会提供了巨大的生态效益,但其价值却得不到应有的补偿,从而阻碍了自身的可持续发展。本文从补偿的必要性和可行性、补偿的原则、计量的理论基础和方法、补偿的依据、征收办法和补偿渠道等方面,概述了森林生态效益补偿的研究现状,并借鉴国外发达国家的经验,概括了未来森林生态效益补偿研究的发展趋势。
