摘要
本文从油封唇口结构效应和表面效应为机制的油封旋转动密封条件出发,分析了汽车拖拉机油封元件缺陷、轴的表面状态和处理方法、轴面粗糙度、加工和安装、轴的转速等对密封机理诸因素的影响及导致密封失败的过程,并提出相应的解决方法。
According to the conditions of oil rotating seal, this paper starts from the mechanism of lip structure effect of oil seal and surface effect to analyze the defects of oil seal elements of motor vehicle and tractor, surface state and processing method of axle, roughness of axle surface, processing and installing of axle and rotational speed of axle etc. All these influence the factors of seal mechanism causing it lose efficacy, and the corresponding solutions are presented in this paper.
