摘要
针对魏荆输油管道输量逐年下降的实际情况 ,为保证管道在低输量条件下安全运行 ,提出了添加降凝剂综合处理的输送工艺 ,对添加的GY - 3降凝剂进行了室内筛选和评价 ,通过现场试验 ,成功地将该管道的最低输量由 5 0 0 0t/d降至 2 50 0t/d,实现了魏荆输油管道在低输量条件下的安全输送 。
The oil throughput of WeiJing Oil Pipeline decreases year by year,which may resu lt in operation accident. For this potential problem,a new transportation techno logy with pour point depressant is used. The laboratory selection and assessment on GY-3 PPD to be added to oil are carried out. The result of site test shows t hat the oil throughput of pipeline is successfully reduce d from 5000 t/d to 250 0 t/d.
