摘要
水基润滑液与铜基合金模具相匹配,在用于不锈钢器皿的拉深中,能有效地克服不锈钢器皿拉深时极易产生的划痕、划伤、拉破等弊端;同时,明显提高不锈钢器皿的拉深质量.与传统使用的猪油、香油、豆油、菜籽油以及二硫化钼、氯化石腊相比,水基润滑液具有价格低廉、润滑性能好、去污能力强、易于清洗和抛光、劳动务件好等优点.
Water based lubricant is fit for copper-based alloy die for the drawing of stainless steel utensils.It can prevent the utensils from scratch and damage effectively.At the same time,it is able to improve the quality of products. When we compare it with pig fat,fragrant oil,soybean oil,vegetable seed oil,MoS_2 and paraffinum chloride,water based lubricant has merits of low price,good lubrication effects,strong clean ability,easy to be washed and polished,good workability and so on.
