摘要
选择理想的治疗骨转移癌所致疼痛的方法。方法:以博宁联合化疗或以153Sm-EDTMP内照射联合化疗治疗52例骨转移癌。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.00%,对照组总有效率为59.26%。结论:治疗骨转移癌所致的骨痛,以博宁联合化疗为主的方法优于153Sm-EDTMP内照射联合化疗的方法。
Objective:To select ideal treating method for bone metastasis.Methods:52cases of bone metastasis were treated by Pamidronate with combined chemotherapy and by 153 Sm-EDTMP with combined chemotherapy.Results:The total efficacy was84%compared to that of59.26%in the control.Conclusion:In treating the bone pain caused by bone metastasis,the method of combined chemotherapy of Pamidronate is superior to the method of combined chemotherapy of 153 Sm-EDTMP irradiation.
