摘要
变电站RTU装置在汇集远动信息 (包括遥信和微机保护报文 )的过程中 ,存在着遥信误发、漏发和微机保护报文异常、丢失的现象 ,对其产生原因分别进行了分析并提出了具体的改进措施 。
During the course of RTU gathering remote information , including remote signals and special reports from microcomputer-based protection, it often occurs that remote signals are mal_transmitted or lost and protection reports are missed or abnormal. In this paper, the reasons of occurrence are analyzed and practical improvement measures are presented. It is proved to be feasible and effective on maintenance and engineering.
