摘要
密封法测试火电厂废水中化学耗氧量(COD),是在密闭容器内,将强氧化剂重铬酸钾在50%热强酸性溶液中,控制一定温度,于恒温箱中氧化2小时后再进行滴定分析。它与原标准法相比,其准确度可以保证,且操作简单,不需回流,节省水量提高效率;可同时做多个样品进行批量测定,节省贵重药品,防止对环境的二次污染。
The hermetic chamber for determening chemical oxygen demand(COD)of waste water in thermal power stations can get necessary accuracy of measurement, by adding strong oxidant double potassi um chromate to the 50% hot strong acid solution in the hermetic chamber and keeping at a definite temperature to oxidize for 2 houre,then titrating.Compare with standard methodjit is easy to operate, no need of back flow,water saving,high efficiency.It can titrate in batches by multisample at a time, saves valuable chemicals and prevents from secondary pollution of environment.
