摘要
从日本引进的GTRPWM型逆变系统构成的交流变频调速滑差频率矢量变频控制系统,根据电机参数和电流指令即可推出所需输出量,利用控制恒定的E/f,即可控制恒定的磁通φ=E_1/f=常量。维持滑差频率不变,就可获得近似于恒定转矩的输出特性。控制范围1:100;调频输出0.5Hz～53Hz。
AC frequency control system of slip-frequency for AC motor speed control consistes of GTRPWM type inverter imported from Japan. From motor parameters and current instructions the necessary ouput can be derived. Constant flux (φ=E1/f = constant) can be maintained from constant E/f ratio. Keeping slip frequency constant we can get nearly constant torque output characteristic. Control range 1:100; output frequency range 0.5Hz-53Hz.
