大功率汽轮机参与调峰末级面临的新问题

New Problems of the Last Stage in a Large Output Steam Turbine Used for Load Adjustment

摘要 大功率汽轮机参与电网调峰在小容积流量下运行时,末级面临效率下降、动叶出汽边水蚀、叶片颤振等新问题。末级这些新问题给机组运行的经济性和安全性带来严重的影响,应在气动、工艺和结构设计上采取有力措施,必要时应限制机组的低负荷运行界线。 When a large output steam turbine is used for load adjustment in a power grid, its last stage at light volume flow faces some new problems, including the decrease in stage efficiency, the erosion of the bucket exit edge and the fluttering of the bucket. These new problems of the last stage bring about serious effects on the economy and security of turbine operation. We should take measures to improve the design aerodanamically, procedurally and structrally. If necessary, we should set a minimum operating load for the turbine.
