蓄热式煤粉点火燃烧器已应用于调峰启停中。通过调峰试验表明:使用该煤粉点火燃烧器进行调峰启动,锅炉升温、升压速度与使用大油枪启动一样,锅炉金属壁温符合规程要求,节油率达70％。具有显著的经济效益。
To start for peak load covering using this pulverized coal igniting burner, the temperature and the pressure of the boiler rises in the same manner as the big burner does for start, the temperature of the metallic wall of the boiler is in accordance with the requirements of regulation, the rate of fuel oil saving amounts to 70%, and the economic benefit is significant.
