摘要
采用清洁土壤人工投加污染物的方法,应用大型蚤对4种重金属污染的草甸棕壤进行了毒性的诊断。实验确立了4种重金属在草甸棕壤中的IC50———Cd157.71mg·kg-1、Zn182.29mg·kg-1、Cu185.09mg·kg-1、Pb1223.29mg·kg-1。对复合污染的研究表明,重金属间存在明显的协同作用。
Ecological toxicity of several hea vy metals was assessed with Daphnia magna Straus' movement using artificially soil fortified with the heavy metals.We e stablished general detection limits given by IC 50 of soil contaminated by single heavy metals,namely,Cd:157.71mg ·kg -1 ,Zn:182.29mg ·kg -1 ,Cu:185.09mg ·kg -1 ,Pb:1223.29mg ·kg -1 .The results from our study also indicated there was an apparent synergism among the heavy meta ls studied,i.e.the ecotoxicity of complex heavy metals pollution was stronger than that of i ndividual element in soil.
