垃圾焚烧系统中二噁英类形成机理及影响因素 被引量:11

The Mechanism and Influencing Factors of Dioxins Formation in MSW Incineration

摘要 垃圾焚烧是城市中二英类污染的主要来源之一 ,因此如何控制焚烧二英类的形成和排放是目前研究的热点。本文探讨了垃圾焚烧过程中二英类的三种形成途径 :原始垃圾中存在二英类、从头合成、前体物形成。并且进一步分析了二英类形成的影响因素 (包括反应物、反应表面、催化剂、温度、烟气环境、氯源、水分 ) 。 MSW incineration is one of the main source of dioxin in city.Thus,the technologies for controlling their producing and emission in the incineration processes have been studied extensively.This article discusses three principal mechanisms of dioxins formation in MSW incineration,including dioxins contaminations in MSW;dioxins formation from precursor compounds,de novo synthesis of dioxins.Further more,influencing factors of dioxins(e.g.reactor,surface,catalyst,temperature,atmosphere,chlorine source,and water)are analyzed,attemply to provide theoretic foundation for dioxins formation and its control.
