摘要
区域矿产资源经济综合评价是矿产资源经济学科近几年迅速发展起来的一个新的十分重要的研究领域。本文系统地论述了区域矿产资源经济综合评价的五大理论基础、四项基本原则、五类基本因素以及基本方法和基本程序。并提出了区域矿产资源经济综合优度的概念,它是确定矿产资源优劣顺序和划分矿产资源优劣类型,以及进行矿业经济区划的定量依据。
The regional mineral resource economics synthesis evaluation is a new and very important area of research in the economics of mineral resources. It has developed quickly in the last ten years. The paper discusses five theoretical thesis, four basic principles, five basic factors, and basic methods and procedures in the syste- matic way. We herein advance the concept of regional mineral resource synthetic dominant level. It is a quantitative basis for discriminating the superior order and type of mineral resources from the inferior, and carrying on regional mineral resource economic planning.
