SBA-based Weapon System Evolutionary Development Process

摘要 基于仿真的采办(SBA)是一种将信息技术、建模与仿真(M&S)技术以及先进制造技术融为一体的先进管理方法和采办哲理;指出SBA概念下的武器系统开发过程是一个并行、迭代的演化过程,并非顺序、串行的传统开发过程;提出武器系统演化开发过程的概念模型--螺旋模型;给出实现该过程的若干关键问题. Simulation based acquisition is a kind of advanced management method and acquisition philosophy, which integrates information technology, modeling and simulation technology and advanced manufacture technology. This paper indicates that weapon system development process with the conception of SBA is not just a sequential process, but a concurrent, iterative and evolutionary process. The conceptive model of weapon system evolutionary development process--the spiral model is presented. Some key issues of achieving this process are provided.
