摘要
本文用氧化锌和氢氧化铝作为锌源和铝源,在100—400℃与磷酸反应,聚合生成了三聚磷酸锌铝。x—射线物相分析证明该产品与三聚磷酸二氢铝具有相同的结构,属同一晶系,红外光谱分析表明磷的局部对称性为正四面体,并具有部分双键特征。化学分析、DTA、TG结合x—ray分析指出,产品的化学式为AlZnP_3O_(10)·ZH_2O,该产品被加热时,于150℃左右先脱去两个结晶水,530℃分解为偏磷酸盐。初步应用试验表明,该产品作为无毒防锈颜料可以代替有毒的锌黄等,其防锈性能超过国家标准4倍。
Aluminum oxide and Zine oxide reacted with phosphoric acid at 100-150℃ for 2-3h, then aluminum zine triphosphate was obtained by polymerizing at 250-400℃ for 3-6h. Chemical analysis showed that the product has a mole ratio of ZnO:Al2O3:P2O5 = 2:l:3. x-ray diffraction and IR spectra, together with DTA and TGA studies showed that the formula of the product is AlZnP3O10· 2H2O and having a similar structure compared with A1H2P3O10· 2H2O.
