摘要
运用三维非线性有限元分析方法,分析了一种液压扳手的三维应力和应变,得到了应力应变精确的数值解,发现了该结构的应力分布水平有较明显的不均匀,并探讨了圆角对扳手强度的影响,为进一步的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The stress and strain distributions of the hydraulic torque wrench are analyzed by the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method.The numerical results of stress and strain distributions are obtained.It is found that the distributions of stress and strain are not even obviously.The stress level in the areas of stress concentration is found so high that may cause some possible strength problems.But other larger part of areas has low stress level.These area use too much materials,and need optimized design.
