摘要
吉林省位于亚洲大陆的东部边缘,处于北半球中纬度地区,是典型的温带大陆性季风气候,旱涝频繁。降水主要集中在夏季。每年6~8月降水量占全年降水量的60%以上,因此,本文利用1951~1990年的40年间6~8月降水资料,采用降水距平作参数确定吉林省的水旱级别,分析其旱涝程度、分布特征和天气成因。
JiLin Province locates in the east of Asia continent , and central latitude district of the Northern Hemisphere, is typical temperate zone continent monsoon climate, so drought and waterlogging are frequently occurred here. Precipitation chiefly concentrate in summer between June and August, total precipitation is more than 60% of annual precipitation. This paper presents how to dictate precipitation distance average value as the parameter to define grade for flood and drought to analyses flood and watelogging level, distribution characteristics, and weather cause, which uses 40 years' precipitation information June to August between 1951 and 1990.
