摘要
多民族的俄罗斯联邦国家在转型期深为民族问题所困扰,为维护国家统一,联邦中央在政策措施方面、立法方面及思想理论上都采取了卓有成效的举措,使处于激化状态的民族关系得到缓解。
Russian Federation,as a multinational country,was hard pressed by national issues during the its transition.To keep Russia as a unitary multinational state,the Federal Government has been adopting effective measures on its policy,legislation and national theory,etc.as far as it can.And these have been relieving the strained national relations in this country.
