摘要
目的 :介绍经脊柱后路显微内窥镜椎间盘切除术系统 (MEDII/METRX)治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症。方法 :1999年 12月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月用METRX治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症 48例 ,详细介绍了手术过程 ,设计“L”形凿刀进行切除的操作技巧及手术适应证。结果 :平均随访 16 .5个月 ,按Nakal疗效评定分级 :优 39例 ,良 7例 ,可 1例 ,差 1例 ;优良率 95 .8%。结论 :完善的器械、娴熟的操作技巧、预防性止血是中央型腰椎间盘突出症行MED治疗成功的关键。
Objective: To describe the treatment and the results of protrusion of the central lumbar disc by micronedoscopic discectomy system Ⅱ(MEDII) and a L-sacraper invented by ourselves through posterior approach. Methods: From November 1999 to Ferbruary 2002, 48 cases of protusion of the central type lumbar intervertebral disc were treated by MEDII. Indication, operative procedures and limit experience were described. Results: No postoperative complication was found in our group with an everage of 16.5 months follow up, the rate of excellent and good was 95.8%,according to Nakal evaluation standard. Conclusion: Perfect apparatus, experienced operative skill of MEDII are the key to success and effective treatment.
