摘要
为了解微量元素与卵巢癌的关系 ,对 2 1例卵巢癌患者进行了血清Cu、Zn含量及Cu/Zn比值分析 ,并以 3 0例健康女性为对照。结果表明 ,卵巢癌患者血清中Zn含量明显低于对照组(P <0 0 1 ) ,而Cu含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,Cu/Zn比值也比对照组高。
To understand the relation between trace elements and ovarian cancer,the content of serum Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn ratio in 21 patients with ovarian cancer was analyzed and compared with 30 example health female.The content of Cu and Zn in the patients with ovarian cancer was determined by Air/C 2H 2 standard curve method and AA-670 model atomic absorption spectropotometer.The result shows that the content of Zn in serum of patients with ovarian cancer is apparently lower than the contrast group,but the content of Cu and Cu/Zn ratio are apparently higher than the contrast group, P <0 01.It concluded the content of trace elments has a close relation to ovarian cancer.
