摘要
工程建设进度控制对提高工程项目的经济效益有重要影响。项目业主的综合成本包括直接费、间接费、贷款利息、工期奖罚损益和工程提前投产、滞后的损益,考虑上述影响项目进度经济效果的因素,通过网络计划工期—成本优化,找出总成本最低值所对应的工期即为工程项目进度控制的最佳目标工期。
Schedule controlling has an important effect on increasing economical benefit of construction project. The owner's integrated cost include direct fee, indirect fee, market interest, profit and loss of time limit for a project, profit and loss of ahead or lag of time on stream, by the means of network to optimize the schedule-cost, time limit for a project corresponding to the minimum total cost is the best objective for project schedule control.
