摘要
对分别填充37.5份填充油(芳烃含量36.6%)的充油镍系顺丁橡胶(OE-BR)和充油高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(OE-HVPB)的硫化胶耐热氧老化和耐臭氧老化性能进行了研究,并与相应的未充油BR和HVPB硫化胶进行了对比。结果表明,充油硫化胶耐热氧老化性能高于未充油者。经差示扫描量热仪测定。OE-BR硫化胶和OE-HVPB硫化胶的氧化峰温约为264℃和275℃,相应的BR硫化胶和HVPB硫化胶仅为238℃和265℃,充油硫化胶与未充油者相比,前者臭氧龟裂的裂纹小,初裂时间和断裂时间延长,且OE-BR硫化胶耐臭氧老化性能的提高幅度大于OE-HVPB硫化胶。
The heat oxygen and ozone aging resistance properties of oil - extended polybutadiene rubber (OE-BR) and oil-extended high vinyl polybutadiene rubber (OE-HVPB) were studied. The heat oxygen resistance of cis - polybutadiene(BR) and high vinyl polybutadiene rubber (HVPB) were both obviously improved after being extended with 37.5 phr of aromatic oil .The DSC data showed that the oxidizing temperature of OE-BR and OE-HVPB vulcanizates were 264°C and 275°C respectively , while relevant oxdizing temperature of BR and HVPB vulcanizates were only 238 °C and 265°C respectively . The aging tests under static tension showed that the initial crack and break times of OE-BR and OE-HVPB were prolonged respectively than those of vulcanizates without extender oil . The chap photographs indicatedthat the crackles of vulcanizates without extender oil were large and deep , while those of oil-extended vulcanizates were minute and dense.
