用ESR谱法研究NR的素炼和混炼历程

摘要 对1~#烟片胶生胶及其素炼胶和混炼胶的电子自旋共振(ESR)图谱分析表明,素炼和混炼过程中的机械能使橡胶大分子自由基的磁矩增加,产生共振时的频率与外磁场强度的比例系数(g)增大。混炼使橡胶大分子自由基的未偶电子在两个能级间不断跃迁时的能级宽度增加,峰-峰宽(△H_(pp))增大。素炼和混炼过程是由机械能和热能引发、活化的氧化链式反应和力化学反应过程,反应形成相对稳定的烃氧自由基RO·,其ESR波谱是g为2.003019~2.004253和△H_pp为3.5~6.5G的单线谱。 The mastication mechanism and mixing mechanism of natural rubber (NR) were studied by ESR. It was found that the magnetic moment of free radicals which were formed from the macromoleculars cleaved symmetrically by increasing mechanical energy, and theg- values as a function of microwave frequency and outer magnetic field at resonance increased as well . The peak - to - peak width (ΔHpp) of the compounded stock reached 6.5 G. It is considered that the ESR spectra of rubber stocks are the contribu-tion of RO., and the ESR spectrum of RO. is a wide single - line spectrum .The mastication mechanism and mixing mechanism of NR are a chain reaction of oxidation and a mechanical - chemical reaction initiated - activated by mechanical energy and thermal energy,but ingredients play an accepter of free radicals role in the compounded stook.
