摘要
提出了测定交联高分子网络溶胀度的静态体积排除法,该法适用于经典溶胀法难以测定其溶胀度的无规粉末状及薄膜状高分子网络材料。该法原理是基于交联网络在含有高分子量线形大分子的低浓度(小于0.5％)溶胀液中溶胀时,由于体积排除效应,溶胀前后溶胀液中线形大分子的浓度将发生变化,由此即可计算得到网络的溶胀度。
A new method named the ' static size exclusion method' has been developed to determine the swelling ratio of crosslinked polymer networks. It is based on size exclusion of linear polymer from network in an appropriate swelling solvent. This method has no restriction on sample sizeand shape so that it can be applied to powdered and filmy crosslinked polymer materials .which is preferable to the classical swelling method .
