摘要
以作者提出的橡塑共混中SVF综合因子理论为主,辅以共混温度及硫化条件的变化,时全硫化三元乙丙橡胶/聚丙烯(EPDM/PP)热塑性弹性体制备中分散相柱径的变化规律进行了考察。结果表明,SVF综合因子理论适用于动态全硫化共混体系;制备全硫化EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体,应使用高剪切速率的混合设备、表现粘度较高的PP及硫化速度快的EPDM,并适当提高硫化剂用量;对软质制品的制备,则可采用多次共混技术。
The particle radius size (R) of dispersed phase has a significant effect on the dynamic vulcanizing process and mechanical properties of fully cured thermoplastic elastomer . The rules of changingparticle size were studied by the theory of SVF complex factor. The effect of complex factor SVF, blending temperature , curing speed of EPDM , and the amount of curing agent on R were dis- cussed respectively .After approximating treatment of fully cured thermoplastic elastomer , the data of R and SVF of the blend system are regressed when shear rate (S)is varied and volume fraction of dispersed phase (F)is 0.68. The regression equation is found to be:R-1 = 2.0SV/F+9.8×105where, V is the apparrent viscosity of the blend system . Correlation coefficient of the equation is 0.91 and confidence degree is more than 99% .
