通过2-氟-4-氯-5甲氧羰基乙巯基苯基异氰酸酯与2-羟基-3-甲基-3-丁烯酸乙酯发生 加成、闭环反应制得除草剂3-(2-氟-4-氯-5-甲氧羰基乙巯基苯基)-5-异丙叉基恶唑烷-2,4-二酮,优 化反应条件为n(异氰酸酯):n(2-羟基-3-甲基-3-丁烯酸乙酯)=1:1.25~1:1.30。
The herbicide3-(2-fluoro-4-chloro-5-methoxycarbonylerhylmercaptophenyl)-5-isopropylidene - oxazolidine-2,4-dione( I )is obtained through the addition ring- closing reaction of 2-hydroxy-3-methyl-3-butenic acid acetate( II ) and 2-fluoro-4-chloro-5-methoxycarbonylethyhnercaptophenyl isocyanate( III ) . Optimum reaction molar ratio of( III ) to (II ) is 1 :1.25-1:1.30.
