摘要
实验研究了钢铁件酸性镀铜前的预镀工艺,确定了硫脲浸铜工艺,讨论了工艺中各成分及含量对镀层结合力的影响,得到了硫脲浸铜工艺的成分及最佳含量,硫酸铜10~12g/L、硫酸75~100 mL/L、硫脲0.2~0.3g/L、添加剂8~10 mL/L。由此工艺预浸后,再进行酸性镀铜,得到的镀层结合力良好。
Experimental study was carried out on the preplafing technology of Acidic copper plating for iron and steel. Determined the thioured copper impregnating technology. Discussed the influence of different components and their content on the ancharing strength of the plating,fixed up the optimum components and their contents ic CuSO4 10-12 g/L,H2SO4 75 - 100 mL/L,thiourea 0.2 - 0.3 g/L addifives 8-10 mL/L. To preceed acidic copper plating after the above pre - imp-reguating technology sesulted in good anchoring strength of the plating.
