摘要
糠醛抽出相精制后的焦化柴油,色度得到了很大的改善,储存6个月后色度小于1.5,总不溶物也大幅度降低,但分布不均匀。本文从所用原料、糠醛含量、助剂等几方面对此原因进行了分析探讨,认为助剂是导致不溶物分布不均匀的主要因素,通过水洗方式可消除,同时精制油与常二线油进行了调合,混合均匀的精制油与常二线以70:30的比例调合后,完全满足轻柴油一级品的要求。
The chroma of the coker diesel oil which refined from furfural extraction phase has been greatly improved. After storing for a period of six months, the value of its chroma is less than 1.5. The total insoluble substance has also been decreased significantly ,but it is not evenly distributed yet. The reasons with respects to the raw material used , the content of furfural and additives were analyzed and investigated in this article. It is considered that the additives is the factor that result in the unevenly distribution of the insoluble, substance and this can be eliminated by the way of water washing . Meanwhile the refined oil are blended evenly with the second stream of atmosphic distillation tower in the ratio of 70 to 30, the mixture is qualified for the first grade light diesel oil.
