摘要
在轻质CaCo_3中加入其用量的0.5%(质量)的偶联剂三油酰基钛酸异丙酯,在80~90℃下活化1.0~1.5 h,由此而制得的改性轻质CaCo_3添加在NR及CR中,与添加轻质CaCO_3相比,能提高硫化胶的物理机械性能,且与添加沉淀法白炭黑的同种胶料硫化胶的物理机械性能相近。同时,可降低橡胶制品成本,提高经济效益。谈产品已在制造高压电缆护套和铁路运输及冶金机械部门所需橡胶制品中使用。
Surface activated white CTA semi - reinforcing powder was prepared by adding dried calcium carbonate to an activation reactor , then adding 0.5 phr of isopropyl trioleoyl titanate (OL - T 951) at 80 -90°C for 1.0 - 1.5 h . It was filled to NR and CR respectively and then its compounds were mixed and vulcanized . The mechanical properties of mixed vulcanizates were measured.The differential thermal analysis (DTA) shows there is a peak rush in DTA line at 315°C for CTA powder , while not for ordinary calcium carbonate . It proves that OL-T 951 is com-bined tighthy with calcium carbonate .Adding 50 phr of CTA semi - reinforcing powder , precipitated silica and light calcium carbonate respectively to CR and then mixing , the ML1+4100°C of their mixed compounds were 41.25,82.6 and 47.8 respectively .The CTA semi -reinforcing powder mixed compound had the lowest Mooney viscosity among them , and the surface of its rubber goods was smooth .The effects of CTA semi - reinforcing powder on the mechanical properties of NR and CR are shown in Table . It shows that the properties of the compounds filled with CTA semi-reinforcing powder are similar to those of precipited silica and superior to those light calcium carbonate .Therefore , CTA semi - reinforcing powder can replace precipited silica in filling NR and CR rubbers .
