本文对美国托莱多滨水区开发中的开发背景、公私合作和城市设计方法进行了介绍和评析,总结了滨水区开发的成功经验以及对我国滨水区开发工作的启示。
This paper introduces the developmentof Toledo's Maumee waterfront through developmentbackground, public/private cooperation and urbandesign, and summarizes Toledo’s successfullessons for the urban waterfront construction.
