尼龙1010熔体热处理对其热行为的影响

摘要 采用DSC方法,通过改变尼龙1010熔体的热历史,观察其在熔区内等温结晶后的熔化行为,并计算了经过热处理的熔体在冷却过程中的非等混结晶动力学参数。提出尼龙1010熔体在熔区内等温结晶后的多重熔化峰表征等混过程中形成的晶体的熔化。并认为该多重熔化行为与样品分子量相关。文中设计的两种热处理过程均使冷却结晶前的熔体中残留晶核数减少。非等温结晶动力学计算结果支持上述观点。 The melting behavior of Nylon 1010 through isothermal treatment in melting range were studied by us-ing DSC, and the kinetics of the followed non-isothermal crystallization were investigated. It is suggestedthat the multiple melting peak of the sample which have been isothermally treated in melting range is themelting of the crystal formed during the treatment, and that the melting behavior is affected by the molecularweight of the sample. The number of nuclei in the melt decreased with the decreasing degree of overcoolingand with the increasing time of isothermal treatment at 215℃. It was also supported by thc kinetice results ofthe non-isothermal crystallization.
