摘要
应用FIR,^(13)CNMR,[η]等测定方法研究了不同比例的聚己内酰胺-聚乙二醇共聚物的结构。结果表明:共聚物的序列模型以聚己内酰胺-聚乙二醇-聚己内酰胺三嵌段为主.聚乙二醇链段的平均链节数为20,聚己内酰胺链段的平均链节数分别为35(质量比PEG/PA6=15%)和30(质量比PET/PA6=30%)。
This article dealed with the synthesis and characterization of a new kind of polycaprolactam (PA6)-polyethylene glycol(PEG) block copolymer with different block proportion. The macromolecule structure ofthe copolymer was investigated by means of Fourier Infrared(FIR) absorption spectroscope,'C nuclear mag-netic resonance (^(13)CNMR) spectrometer and viscosity measuring. The results indicated that PA6-PEG blockcopolymer could be formed. PA6 and PEG segments are connected by--COO--or--NH--. The copolymer is ended with PA6 segments. The sequence structure of the copolymer mainly have three blocks with the modelof PA6-PEG-PA6. The average chain number of PEG segments is 20,and that of PA6 segments is 35(weightratio before reaction is PEG/PA6=15%) or 30(PEG/PA6=30%). The theoretical conjectural result of thesequence distribution model measured from ^(13)CNMR spectrometer showed a good agreement with the virtualtest result of the molecular weight of PA6 pre-polymer. But the virtual composition ratio of PEG and PA6 incopolymer is a little more different from its ratio before reaction. This was caused by the polymerization pro-cess.
