摘要
通过实验测量出三叶形和圆形喷丝孔的压力降。发现在较低剪切速率区用平板模型和米勒模型所作的理论计算与实验结果有很好的一致性。同时讨论分析了在较高剪切速率区造成误差的原因。对如何应用理论公式计算压力降,从而确定异形喷丝孔中流动阻力提出建议。
In this paper, the pressure drop of trilobal and round hole was measured. The data from theoretical cal-culation by both the plate and Miller model are in excellent agreement with the experimental results at thelower shear rate regions. The cause of the error at the higher shear rate regions has been discussed. How touse tke formulas to calculate melt flow resistance of spinning profile hole has been proposed.
