摘要
通过测定低分子液体与PET,PEG及PEG与嵌段共聚醚酯共混物(改性PEG)表面的接触角,运用调和平均方程计算了PET与PEG及改性PEG间的界面张力,并利用相差显微镜研究了PET与PEG及改性PEG共混体系的相形态结构。结果表明:随着PEG中嵌段共聚醚酯比例的增加,PET与PEG界面张力逐渐减小。同时,共混体系分散相的分散粒度变小,分散均匀性得到改善。
The interracial tension between PET and PEG containing different amounts of block copolyetherester (BPEE) have been calculated by using the harmonic mean equation, which is based on the measure-ment of the contact angles of the properly selected small-molecule liquids on the solid surfaces of the poly-mers mentioned above. The morphological structures of the ternary blends system which consists of PET.PEG and BPEE were studied by means of phase contrast microscope. The results showed that as the per-centage of the BPEE in the PEG increased. the interfacial tensions between PET and PEG decreased, andin the same time, smaller dispersing particles of the PEG in the PET matrixes and higher uniform distribu-tions of the PEG in the PET were observed.
