摘要
建立了测定复方盐酸二甲双胍片中格列本脲含量及其均匀度的 HPL C法。采用 ODS( 15 0 m m× 4.6 m m ,5μm )色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - p H3.5磷酸二氢铵溶液 ( 5∶ 3) ,流速 1m l/ m in,检测波长 2 74nm。格列本脲在 0 .0 15～ 0 .36 mg/ ml范围内具有良好的线性 ,平均回收率为 99.3% ,RSD 0 .6 1%。均匀度符合药典规定。
A HPLC method for the determination of glibenclamide and its content uniformity in compound metformin hydrochloride tablets was presented. An ODS column was used, with mobile phase of methanol-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH3.5)(5∶3). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and detection wavelength was 274 nm. The calibration curve was linear in concentration range of 0.015~0.36 mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 0.61%. The content uniformity met the require ment.
