摘要
对合成聚醚砜中合环丁砜的污水进行了处理。环丁砜污水的B0D/COD值均在0.74以上,培养了活性污泥,活性污泥结构紧密,沉淀性良好。试验结果,当环丁砜污水在处理水中浓度为50%—60%,停留时间为10h,BOD_5去除率可达98%以上,COD去除率为90%左右,处理后的污水达到国家工业污水的排放标准。
The biochemical treatment of sulfonane-containing waste solution from the syn-
thesis of polyethersulfone is discussed in this article. Active sludge used in the waste
treatment is cultured according to BOD_5/COD value bigger than 0.74 in the treated
waste containing sulfonane. The active sludge has compact constructure and good
precipitation. The test results indicate that the removal rate of BOD_5 can reach
more than 98%, and COD about 90% when the waste solution containing 50-60% sul-
fonane treated for 10 hours. The treated solution can reach the National Drain
Standard for industrial waste.
