摘要
本文介绍了大长径比丙纶纺丝螺杆的研究成果。并在实验室进行了大长径比螺杆试验,分析了增加长径比对于挤出机产品和挤出熔体质量的影响,分析了在放大设计中应注意的问题。在放大设计中用计算机模拟了挤出机的熔融过程并用生产中实测的数据验证了设计。
The result of studying extrusion screw with lengthened L/D for spinning PP fiber is introduced in this paper and the performance tests of the screw are described, it seems the lengthened L/D has influence on extrusion output and melt quality. The points of attention in the scale up design are proposed with a computer simulating the melting situation of extrusion. The designed screw has been used for spinning PP fiber and the data measured in practice agreed with that from the acale up design.
