摘要 腺苷是一种较强的冠状动脉血管扩张剂 ,腺苷超声心动图负荷试验正在引起重视 ,有明显代替运动试验之势。在临床应用上从单一对冠心病的诊断扩大到对介入治疗、旁路手术及药物治疗的评价 ,对经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术 ( PTCA)和冠状动脉旁路手术疗效的评价及随访也具有较高的价值。彩色心内膜运动显像 ( CK)技术是一项新技术 ,其应用于负荷试验在国外亦少见 。 Adenosine is a strong coronary dilator. Adenosine echocardiography has getting more recognition.It is showing the tendency of replacing exercise experiments. It is valuable in evaluation of the efficiency and prognosis of intervention treatment, circuit operation, and medicine treatment. Color Kinesis (CK) is a new technique of echocardiography, the application on exercise experiment is very rare international, combining with adenosine should surely promote the sensitivity and specificity of exercise experiments.
