摘要
目的:比较牙龈切除术与牙冠延长术应用于牙体劈裂达龈下较深部位病例的修复效果。方法:选择牙体劈裂达龈下较深部位的患牙23颗,分别采用牙龈切除术与牙冠延长术完全暴露断面,再行常规桩冠修复,通过术前、术后及6个月复查时的龈袋深度,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:牙龈切除术组术前、术后及6个月复查时龈袋深度均数分别为4.3,2.4,2.3 mm;牙冠延长术组术前、术后及6个月复查时龈袋深度均数分别为4.4,1.8,1.4 mm。两组术后及6个月复查时龈袋深度均比术前明显减少;而术后及6个月复查时,牙冠延长术组的龈袋深度均明显低于牙龈切除术组。结论:牙龈切除术与牙冠延长术应用于牙体劈裂达龈下较深部位患牙均能明显改善龈袋深度,而后者的临床疗效优于前者。
Objective: Our purpose was to compare the different effects of gingiveclomy and the prolongation of dental crown on deep-seated subgingival teeth fracture. Methods: Twenty-three teeth were selected and divided into gingivectomy group and the prolongation of dental crown group. We performed regular restoration of post crown after the teeth cross-section were completely exposed. We compared the clinical effects by measuring the depths of gingival pocket at the time of preoperation,postoperation, and six months after operation. Results: The mean depths were 4. 3mm,2.4 mm and 2. 3 mm respectively in gingivectomy group and 4. 4mm, 1. 8mm and 1. 4mm in prolongation of dental crown group. The depths measured postoperatively and six months after operation were obvious less than those measured preoperatively in both groups. The depths in prolongations of dental crown group were much less than those in gingivectomy group when measured postoperatively and six months after operation. Conclusion: Both gingivectomy and prolongation of dental crown could shorten the depths of the gingival pocket. The clinical effect of the latter is better than that of the former.
