摘要
本文从经济全球化背景出发分析了跨国公司为充分发挥各地优势在全球范围内组织生产的行为 ,以及江苏在新一轮结构调整中如何参与、利用跨国公司全球生产体系 ,来尽量减少代价 。
To utilize the regional comparative advantages, Multinational Corporations (MNCs) set up their producing system all over the world under the background of economic globalization. The paper analyses the characters of MNCs'global producing system and make some suggestions to join in this process and to develop the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province.
