摘要
内资、外资或存在替代关系 ,或存在互补关系。本文首次在理论分析的基础上 ,经过严密的数字推导得到一个最优资本替代模型 ,并应用该模型对我国 1 994～ 2 0 0 0年引进外资的规模进行了实证检验 ,认为在此期间我国确实存在较严重的资本替代 ,这与普遍的观点和经验事实是一致的。在此基础上 ,详尽分析了导致资本替代内在机制和需求、供给二方面因素 。
There is either substitution or complement between domestic capital and foreign capital.This paper succeeds in optical substitution model by means of mathematics deduction,then makes experience analysis of introduction of foreign capital from 1994 to 2000 applying this model and draws an conclusion that there is serious substitution in China,which accords with general views and facts. On this basis,this paper also makes detail analysis of mechanism in capital substitution and factors of supply and demand,and finally makes suggestion of policies of anti-substitution.
