摘要
目的:探索质量控制方法,提高体检质量。方法:采用质量教育配合PDCA循环法。结果:利用继教等形式收集到的质量因素或整改方案(涉及管理、技术及服务)具有实用性、代表性和针对性;通过PDCA质管活动,改善了体检服务环境,增强职工服务意识,克服了重号、错号及从业人员替代体检现象;实验结果更加稳定、准确。结论:PDCA循环法结合质量教育的继教活动,适用于从业人员体检等涉及多环节项目的质量控制。
Objectives:To explore the method of quality control in health examination so that its quality was been improved.Methods:PDCA Cirle combined with quality re - education. Results: The quality questions and suggestions from re - education was practical and representative, which include management . technology and servece.Those employees had a good envirement of heath examination and they couldn I. replace for examination.Laboratory results were more stable and accuracy for never mistake or repeat number of sample. Conclusion: PDCA with quality re - education is very suitable for quality manaement of health examination,which has many levels and many peoples take part in it.
