摘要 [目的]了解羟基喜树碱(HCPT)对血管生成的影响。[方法]于发育第8天的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)上植入明胶海绵载体,其中加不同剂量的HCPT,计数长入载体的血管和载体内的微管密度(MVD)。[结果]在CAM上,长入载体边缘的血管数和MVD在120ng以上组与对照组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]12μg/kg的低剂量HCPT能抑制CAM的血管生成,证实了HCPT有较强的抗血管生成活性。 The study was to reveal the inhibition of angiogenesis on CAM by Hydroxy-cam-ptothecin(HCPT).Gelatin sponges were implanted on top of CAM when chick embryos developed on day8,vessels which towards gelatin and microvascular density(MVD)in gelatin were counted.On CAM model,numbers of vessels at the sponge-CAM boundary and MVD were sig-nificantly different to control(P<0.01).[Conclusion]HCPT exerts great efficacy of antiangiogenesis,which can in hibit angiogenesis on CAM model in low concentration.
