摘要
[目的]研究直线加速器和钴60治疗机放射治疗的成本状况。[方法]调查分析了6所医院放射治疗的固定资产投入,及其年总成本和单位成本。[结果]使用直线加速器放射治疗的4所医院,固定资产投入均超过800万元,且每野次成本差异较大(最小44元,最大127.30元)。而使用钴60治疗机的2所医院固定资产投入均为55万元左右,每野次成本均约30元。[结论]各单位应根据自身特点合理配置设备,并加强成本管理。
To explore the radiotherapy costs of linear accelerator and Cobalt-60machine.Annual cost and per practice cost of radiotherapy in six hospitals were investigated.In4depart-ments using linear accelerator,the capital asserts were over8million Yuan(RMB),and the per practice cost of radiotherapy varied greatly from44to127.3Yuan,while those in the other2departments Cobalt-60machine costed about0.55million Yuan and30Yuan per practice cost.[Conclusion]This investigation suggests equip-ments must be equipped and managed rationally.
