摘要
[目的]了解恶性肿瘤患者平均住院医疗费用、构成情况及影响因素。[方法]整理分析中山大学肿瘤医院2001年11种单病种治疗规范的恶性肿瘤住院患者(2892例)的住院及收费资料。[结果]男性患者的平均住院费用比女性高;40岁～59岁患者的平均住院费用较高;住院收费项目构成比中西药费占的比例最大;平均住院医疗费用为25147元/人次;平均住院费用低的病种,其平均住院日短;采用综合治疗手段的平均住院医疗费用最高;公费医疗患者的平均住院费用比自费患者高。[结论]住院医疗费用与性别、病种、平均住院日、治疗手段、费用支付来源有关。
To analyze hospitalization expense,its constitution and influence factors of in-patients with malignancies.The expense data from2892cases with malignancy treated in Cancer Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University,by11kinds of normative treatment methods in2001were analyzed.The hospitaliza-tion expense for males was higher than that for females.The patients at the age of40to59had higher expenses.Medicine expense accounted the main part of hospitalization expense.The average hospitalization expense was25147yuan(RMB).The patients spent higher hospitalization expense with longer average staying in hospital or with multimodality therapies.Hospitalization expense in the patients paid by public fund was higher than those paid by their own expenses.[Conclusion]The influence factors of hospitalization expense were gender,the kind of disease,average hospitalization days,treatment methods,and payment resources.
