摘要
目的 探讨超声显像和彩色多普勒技术在输尿管异位开口中的诊断价值。方法 将15例输尿管异位开口合并症的声像图特征综合分析判断,间接诊断此症,并与其他检查进行对比分析。结果 超声检查能清晰显示肾 脏的形态、大小、结构,输尿管个数、走行、膀胱入口及排尿和肾盂、输尿管是否积水等情况。结论 超声检查对输尿管异位开口及合并症诊断有较高价值。
Objecctive To study the diagnostic value of ultrasonic image and color Doppler ultrasonic examination used in ec-topic debouch of ureteral orifice. Methods To analyse the acoustic image of fifteen cases of eclopic debouch ureteral orifice and and then comparde with other examinations. Results Ultrasonic examination can clearly reveal the size, shape and structure of kidney, ureter alignment, bladder entrance, micturition, hydronephrosis and hydroureterosis. Conclusion Ultrasonic examination is valuable in diagnosing eclopic debouch of ureteral orifice and complication.
