The concept of training is formed on basis of the characteristics in differences in division of labor. Following the minute market division and comparative priority, the positioning of the training of management and economics personnel of the department is decided on analytical-executive type, which is a reasonable alternative in view of the double binding effect of social demands and the actual situation of the department.
